Cancellation Terms
- All cancellations must be notified in writing
- 100% cancellation on the room post confirmation — the amount shall be charged to the credit card provided to guarantee the booking, or the token deposit
Bed preference would be subject to availability at the time of check-in, as there is limited inventory under twin bed.
Check-in time is 1400 hrs and check-out is 1200 hrs. For early check-in, the room needs to be prebooked.
